Hi I’m Walter Weyburn. I grew up in a poor family, I say poor meaning poor with money but we were rich with things that mattered. Mama would always find a way to get everything we needed and enough to help other people.

As a kid I loved old country music and still do today. I hate the new stuff they call country hell it’s not country at all. I always wanted to sing country music for a living but I was always so shy that when I got in front of anyone I would clam up. I could not even talk it was that bad. But at age 20 I got the chance to get on stage for the first time. Yes I was shy but when it was over I could not wait to do it again, it was like heaven to me.

Time goes on and when I was about 35 I started singing online and selling my cd’s, then I moved into recording other people and making cd’s for them, that was the birth of wow recording studio.

 

I wrote about 60 hardcore country songs over the years. I was also nominated male vocalist of the year for indie artist. I didn’t win but just being nominated was awesome to me.

I also had a string of number one hits on the uncharted zone tv show. I had nine number ones in all with uztv.

So I kept on selling my cd’s and recording other singers and producing their music for about ten years before closing up shop. I got a chance to buy my own restaurant that was always another dream and it came true, so on Friday and Saturday nights we did karaoke. That gave me a chance to sing again, man I loved it and the crowd seem to like it to.

I had that place 3 years before selling it. Now I am working from home again writing books and promoting other people.
